Trauma/PTSD

It is not uncommon for me to hear people say something along the lines of, “What I went through isn’t trauma because other people have experienced much worse.” Hold up. Trauma does not discriminate. I define trauma as anything a person goes through that makes it difficult to cope. This could include grief/loss, car accidents, bullying to assault, violence, or medical issues. However you respond to any type of event, know you are worthy of feeling better. I’m here and ready to help you navigate the complexity of trauma, stress, and all forms of PTSD.
