Struggling to fall asleep or stay asleep? Relying on sleep medications that aren't always reliable? I got you.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-i) is an empirically-based treatment approach used to overcome the frustrating symptoms of insomnia. Whether a person is experiencing insomnia acutely or long-term, CBT-i can help.

CBT-i is a structured therapy, often lasting around twelve weeks, that targets both thoughts and behaviors that keep clients stuck in poor sleep patterns. Clients will work with the therapist to identify their ideal number of hours of sleep per night and intentionally create a sleep deficit to rewire the brain to distinguish sleep and wake cycles. Clients are often able to go off sleep medications following CBT-i, even if they have been on them for years.
